    Scope and operator

These terms cover coreli.top and note.coreli.top, personal sites operated by HCore under the Coreli name, including their shared accounts, public profiles, community posts and note comments. The main site provides personal information, tools and documentation links; Notes provides static technical notes and discussion. Use the main Contact page or [email protected] for account, security and rights requests. Public reading needs no account; account and posting features require sign-in.

Eligibility and one account per email

Verify a primary email address that you are entitled to use and can continue to access. Each email is limited to one website account. Do not use case changes, Gmail dots, subaddresses or different usernames to obtain duplicate accounts, evade limits or claim extra quotas. New registration rejects +, # and = subaddresses and recognized Yahoo disposable subaddresses; contact us about special business addresses. No phone is required.

    Email changes and identity checks

To keep email ownership consistent with the security ledger, you cannot add, remove or replace sign-in emails yourself. Contact the operator for a reviewed change across the account, linked identity and security records. The operator will never request your plaintext password, full verification code, MFA backup codes or session token. Do not give these to anyone claiming to provide support.

    Credentials, sign-in and recovery

Passwords require at least eight characters, uppercase and lowercase letters and a digit, and must pass the provider’s breached-password checks. Use a unique password and protect your mailbox, devices and sessions; use an authenticator and backup codes when available. Recovery requires email proof; a password change does not replace MFA or establish ownership of another person’s account. If compromised, change passwords, end sessions and contact the operator.

    Prohibited abuse

Do not impersonate others, bulk-register, send spam, bomb verification endpoints, stuff credentials, enumerate accounts, or share or trade accounts to evade limits. Do not bypass verification, rate limits, review, access controls or quotas. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or malicious content or access other people’s data. Destructive scans and load tests against production require permission. Report vulnerabilities privately through Contact.

    Risk controls, quotas and appeals

The site applies necessary human and email verification, rate limits and risk assessment. New accounts may be on probation or require review. Unusual operations may be refused, throttled or temporarily restricted; confirmed abuse may result in a ban. Decisions should consider false positives and legitimate needs. Request human review through Contact. A passed browser check does not grant server permissions or guarantee that every request will be accepted.

    Your submissions and rights

You retain copyright in original posts, comments, avatars and other lawful submissions. Posting does not transfer copyright to Coreli. You must be entitled to publish the content, including personal information, portraits, quotations and third-party material. You grant a non-exclusive license only as needed to store, back up, format, display and distribute the content according to your choices and to moderate and secure the service. This does not publish private data or authorize unrelated commercial uses. Deletion and necessary retention follow the privacy notice; changing your name does not transfer someone else’s work to you.

    Community conduct and identity labels

Discuss real questions without harassment, threats, discrimination, doxxing, malicious code, flooding, manipulated interactions or unlawful or infringing material. Public names follow uniqueness, reservation and rename-cooldown rules. Owner and moderator labels come from verified server-side grants; names, biographies and imitation badges cannot grant those roles. Other visitors may read, quote or save public submissions. Publish with care.

    Moderation, reports and appeals

The owner and explicitly authorized moderators may review, hide or remove violations, lock discussions, restrict posting or limit service under existing account rules, based on content, conduct and security records. Report counts do not automatically determine penalties. Use available account status views, reports and appeals, or request human review through Contact. Necessary management records support accountability and abuse prevention; private reports are not public visitor data. Platform decisions do not replace those of competent authorities.

    Coreli contributions and third-party rights

Coreli reserves rights it lawfully holds in its original writing, interfaces, code and creative contributions. The footer’s All rights reserved. applies only to those contributions, not user works or third-party open-source grants. AstroWind and Quartz retain their original copyright notices. Models, audio, fonts, icons, Steam media and other third-party material remain with their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant a new repository-wide open-source license for Coreli’s own code.

Open-source software, assets and technical notes

Third-party MIT, Apache, GPL, AGPL, Creative Commons and other licenses apply on their own terms; these website terms cannot withdraw rights already granted by them. The acknowledgement and license pages identify actual uses, sources, original notices and modifications. A design reference is not a claim of copied source. Technical notes are personal learning and practice records and may change with software versions. Check your environment and take appropriate precautions for equipment, electrical and data risks; personal notes are not professional certification or a guarantee of results.

    Services, fees and third parties

Current public and account features do not enable fees, automatic renewal or online payment. Any future paid feature will disclose its price, scope and conditions in advance and obtain required confirmation separately. Providers such as Clerk and Cloudflare and external sites may have their own rules. Their operators are responsible for their content and service status; links are not guarantees by Coreli.

    Availability and responsibility

This personal site and its dependencies may be interrupted, changed or discontinued due to maintenance, networks, free-tier limits or failures. Keep copies of important information. The operator will address issues within reasonable limits but does not promise uninterrupted operation, complete immunity from attacks or particular business results. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law makes non-excludable, including any required liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

    Export, sign-out and deletion

Use the shared account centre to view and export your data and available interaction records, end sessions, edit permitted details or request deletion after recent reauthentication. Save what you need first. Deletion coordinates the sign-in identity and community data on both sites; necessary reply relationships may remain as anonymous placeholders. Partial failures retain retry jobs. Closing a page or success at one provider does not confirm full completion. Necessary security digests, management audits and backups may remain for their stated periods, and immediate reuse of an email is not guaranteed. See the privacy notice for details.

    Minors

This site is not directed to children. Anyone below the local age for independently accepting these terms or consenting to the relevant processing should use accounts under a guardian’s guidance and with legally required consent. Do not provide unrelated children’s information. The individual or guardian may contact the operator about inappropriate collection.

    Updates, interpretation and disputes

The terms and privacy notice show an update date and version. Material changes will be clearly described; processing requiring renewed consent starts only after the required consent. New registrations record the accepted version on the server. Agreement does not waive privacy rights or authorize every optional analytic use. English and Chinese aim to express the same rules; contact us about discrepancies. Raise disputes through Contact first, without limiting complaints to competent authorities or remedies and rights under applicable law.
